1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by FLIGHTS SPOT LIMITED (Company Number: 16931942), a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 109-111 Fulham Palace Road, London, W6 8JA (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
We act as an agent for airlines and other travel service providers. Your contract for travel services is directly with the airline or service provider, not with us, unless otherwise stated.
2. Definitions
- “Booking” means a reservation for travel services made through our website or by contacting us directly.
- “Customer” means the person making the booking and all passengers named in the booking.
- “Services” means flight booking services and related travel services provided by us.
- “Supplier” means airlines and other travel service providers whose services we arrange.
3. Booking Terms
When you make a booking with us:
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to make the booking on behalf of all passengers.
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, including passenger names as they appear on valid travel documents.
- You accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers in your booking.
- A binding contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation.
Name corrections or changes after booking may incur charges or may not be possible depending on airline policies.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfers (for bookings over £1,000)
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Your card may be subject to foreign exchange fees if issued outside the UK.
5. Pricing & Fees
Flight prices are subject to availability and can change until payment is confirmed. The price includes:
- Airfare as quoted
- Applicable taxes and airport charges
- Our service fee
The price does not include:
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Visa and passport fees
- Excess baggage charges
- Airport transfers
- Any other services not explicitly stated
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by airline and ticket type. Generally:
- Refundable tickets: Can be cancelled for a refund minus airline penalties and our service fee.
- Non-refundable tickets: Only airport taxes may be refundable. Our service fee is non-refundable.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of approval.
If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight.
7. Changes to Bookings
Changes to your booking (dates, times, routes) may be possible subject to:
- Airline policies and availability
- Airline change fees
- Any fare difference
- Our administration fee of £50 per person
Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines. Incorrect names may require a new booking at current prices.
8. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- All passengers have valid passports with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date
- All necessary visas are obtained before travel
- You meet all entry requirements for your destination countries
- You have appropriate travel insurance
We are not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.
9. Liability
As a travel agent, we arrange travel services on your behalf but are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of airlines or other suppliers
- Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking by airlines
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Personal injury during travel
Airlines’ liability is limited by international conventions including the Montreal Convention.
Our liability to you is limited to the service fees paid to us, except in cases of our negligence.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint:
- Contact us immediately during your travel so we can try to resolve the issue.
- Submit formal complaints in writing within 28 days of your return.
- For airline-related issues, you may also need to contact the airline directly.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
