Yes, Flights Spot is a fully ATOL protected travel agency. This means your money is protected if your travel company or airline goes out of business. You will receive an ATOL certificate with every air holiday booking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept bank transfers for larger bookings. All payments are processed securely.

Yes, you can book flights for family members or friends. Simply provide their correct passport details as they appear on their travel document. The passenger name cannot be changed after booking.

For the best prices, we recommend booking international flights 6-8 weeks in advance. However, we can often find great last-minute deals too. Contact us for personalised advice based on your destination.

Baggage allowance varies by airline and ticket class. Most economy tickets include 1 checked bag (23kg) and 1 carry-on bag (7kg). We will confirm your exact allowance when processing your booking.

Flight changes are subject to airline policies and availability. Most tickets can be changed for a fee plus any fare difference. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Cancellation policies vary by airline and ticket type. Refundable tickets can be cancelled for a full refund minus service fees. Non-refundable tickets may only receive partial refund of taxes. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.

If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight. We will contact you immediately and help arrange alternatives or process your refund.
